The food here is generally good with huge portions that even a big guy like me struggles to finish, but the service can be hit or miss since it felt like they could use more staff during busy times. Despite that, the coffee is always great, the prices are very reasonable, and the friendly, hardworking staff make it a welcoming spot that locals keep coming back to.

During my recent visit, I found the food to be mediocre, and the service lacking as it took quite an effort to flag down a server for a coffee refill. Despite the local crowd that frequents the establishment, I wasn't particularly impressed with the overall experience. While the portions were indeed generous, I found myself underwhelmed and unlikely to return in the future.

Service is outstanding and breakfast is best in Medford and Jackson county. I have brought numerous friends and business associates for their breakfast and lunch. They all say the same and I see them numerous times there. Repeat business means a lot.

The service was no good what so ever. It took 20 minutes to take our order. Then the waitress thinks she can memorize everything, but she can't. Also it took 1 hour to cook a burger an omlete and a half of a waffle. Worst place we have ever been and we will never go back. Shouldn't even get 1 star but I have to mark it to submit this review
