I have been a fan for over 40 years. I have a suggestion. Move your food quality upscale. Put in a barbecueer outdoors perhaps. I think your old customers will be happy to pay for better quality. Just a thought

We usually go to this place off and on and for the past couple of years the service has been slowly getting worse. I thought maybe the servers was having a off day but nope...I was wrong again. Today I went to the place figuring that this would be the last chance considering it took almost 45 min to get our food last time. Well....we not only had 1/2 hr to get 5 ice cream soft serve cones but the other customers were pretty upset too. The customer next to us waited for a very long time and only received half her order and another customer had to literately go up to the window asking for his food and he waited for almost a hour! I was pretty fed up and about to leave when the server told me that the ice creams was going to be served next. The server ignored the fact that only half a order was given to our neighbor. My family was beyond frustrated and vowed to never come back to this place. And plan to tell a lot of relatives, friends and associates about the constant ridiculous long waits and what we have seen and experienced. I have worked fast food places and I have never let any of my customers down. I had always made sure that my customers got there food asap and the order complete. I know this is suppose to be a long time establishment but considering how they treat there customers with such long waits and incomplete orders I am surprised that they are still in business. My advise is if you want a good burger like meal with a reasonable time to actually get it go somewhere else. .

Food is always good. Best hamburgers & fries ,Also there corn dogs are wonderful
