Our favorite spot for pho and Vietnamese cuisine has changed management, leaving us disappointed. We used to enjoy the friendly service and delicious dishes at PhoND, but the new menu lacks the flavorful touch we loved. It's a bummer, but we'll be on the lookout for a new go-to Vietnamese place in the area.
