Well my husband called in an order of fried shrimp and ear wonton soup. He didn't get his fried shrimp he got some vegetable dish with shrimp. The soup is wonderful. But he really wanted his shrimp. We don't. Live close so he didn't return it. It would have been cold by then. He said the broken English was the problem.? You need to have someone who understands English better. I'm sorry. The setting is lovely, and the service has consistently been very good during my visits. While some may mention the pricing, I believe the value for the amount of food you receive is unmatched in Albany/Corvallis. The dishes are not overly bold in flavor, but far from bland - they are consistently tasty and satisfying. Overall, I have enjoyed my experiences and will definitely return for more delicious meals at this restaurant.

Great Chinese food. Huge menu. Lots of safe gluten free choices. Friendly staff. Albany is lucky to have Ping's. Our family orders Ping's at least twice a month. When we lived near a PF Chang's we liked it well enough, but now that we have Ping's we don't crave PF Chang's and prefer Ping's.
