The menu gives you a lot of options to choose from. They have amazing food and the service goes above and beyond!

I commute in and out of Medford from Portland every other week. And R & D's is the must-go-to destination any time I'm in town-- along with everyone in our office. I can go on and on about the food, the rock star french fries, the ginormous portions, the dipping sauces, the sides, the atmosphere of casual awesome, etc. But what makes this place (and breaks a lot of others) is the amazing staff. It's like coming home every time I go in there, and these folks don't know me from any other yahoo coming in off the street. But they always treat us like family. Quick with a smile, quicker with help if you need it. The mind-bending menu can overcome first-time visitors. They'll tell you what's good, and then tell you what's better. Love this place.
