The Shari's in Springfield delivered delicious food and exceptional service during my visit, with a friendly waitress who was impressively multitasking despite the busy environment. Although there was a minor disruption from some noise in the kitchen, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I appreciated the warm hospitality and tasty pie selection.
