Tequila Grill in McMinnville serves the best Mexican food around, and I hope they offer delivery soon because I'd order it weekly!

I agree with the below post. The outside crew is rude. Terrible service, they have never treated me with kindness or thanked me for coming in. I stopped going months ago. I do agree that when the owner is there working the register, the ladies are much better behaved. They gotta go!

The owner of this place should fire all the people working the outside grill they bs with customers so long that it holds up the line and they ignore you like your not even there when the owner is there working he gives excellent service unlike the women that he's got working there
