The Ludlow Bromley Yacht Club suffered damage due to a barge collision on Oct 1, 2019, but fortunately no one was injured as it occurred after closing hours. The restaurant's future remains uncertain as there is no news on whether it will be rebuilt following the incident. Despite the unfortunate event, the club was known for its unique floating barges that provided a casual dining experience along the river.
