As a former publisher of a restaurant industry trade magazine, my expectations were pleasantly exceeded by the Holiday Inn restaurant last night. Despite being stuck at the hotel without transportation, I decided to try their salad and was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality spinach and mixed berries salad with goat cheese and candied walnuts. The restaurant also offers delicious chicken wings and burgers, showcasing their capability to deliver excellent food options.
