Incredibly delicious tuna melt!

Brunch here Sunday, not too busy but kept waiting for service too long,waitress was less than cordial took our order then disappeared until food was served. Potatoes were lukewarm toast tasted like meat, cooked on the same grill? All the help seemed in a bad mood. We were never offered coffee refills or even water refills. Mediocre at the best very disappointed.
