Luigi's has the best pizza. All the food on the menu is great.

First let me start off by saying the lady that works there is the rudest lady I've ever talked to! I ordered from this place 2 sometimes 3 times a week and the way I got treated on the phone today because they screwed my order up was uncalled for! The customer service absolutely sucks! Now the food, for the MOST part is decent. Besides the fact they screw my order up just about every time, and the fact when you get there chicken noodle soup you get pieces of bone with every bite. After being a loyal customer for about 2 years I will NEVER order from them again after the way I was treated by the lady that takes the orders!
