Went there before the rodeo on Sat with 14 in our group, I ordered the boneless rib sandwich and was so disappointed to flip the buns open to reveal the meat was so small it only covered half the bread,hardly any sauteed onions and barely any sauce. Sent it back with NO return service to fulfill a meal order. I waited till our group had to leave and me NO meal. Thank you for the wonderful evening! Will get a better rib sandwich at McDonalds!!!

We were in tonight and very disappointed with the service! We waited an hour for our food and needed beverage refills and the waitress never came back after she gave us our food. Our friends joined us and sat for 25 minutes and never got a menu or a drink. We all left due to such disappointing service. Two couples walked in after us and the male bartender rudely said "do you have reservations?" They said they did not. He told them " well you will have to just wait cuz we are busy" and walked away from them. He didn't even offer them a seat at bar or ask them if they wanted a drink while they waited. They left! The food was good. You need way more servers on holidays!

If you have the chance to stop in durning the day for lunch the food is fabulous. If your going there in the evening you should pick another choice. The food is far below average then, unless you order pizza. That's a big change this year from the past. A year ago I would of said the food was fabulous whenever you stop in.
