The bagels here are truly exceptional, especially when they're fresh, and the acai bowl is just amazing. The service is efficient, typically taking less than five minutes, which is impressive considering how busy they are. Despite its somewhat shabby appearance, the food quality is outstanding, and I love the friendly atmosphere where everyone seems to enjoy their meals.

Expect the worst service at Bagel Boss of Hewlett. There is not a single employee was works there who can get even the smallest order correct. They act as if they are doing you a favor and are very unfriendly. The only reason I continued to subject myself to their torture was because their food was good - but after this morning, I will never again give them my money. I found a new bagel store in town called Bagel Delight.

Even after being totally disappointed this morning, for some reason I even called them to complain on how a "blueberry muffin" that I ordered was a "chocolate chip muffin" when I got home. The guy, Saul, just laughed at me. Some nerve of these people.
