One of my long-time favorites on the west side. The food keeps getting better with each visit, especially the lamb and Karlovacko beer. The atmosphere reflects the gritty charm of Youngstown, a must-visit for experiencing the city's culture.

The meats cooked over open flame have wonderful is delicious. The Palms makes patrons feel welcome. Good food, great patrons and usually leave with take away and smiling. My daughter, Krysta, does the pick ups for take away.
