Started off the New Year right by grabbing a cup of joe at Mountain Moka - they've got some great coffee and the prices can't be beat in Sandy. The service is always warm and friendly, which is a huge plus. The little store has been around since '92 and offers a full range of coffee drinks and tasty bites - definitely worth a visit!

Always a friendly greeting, excellent coffee, and a roomy, tidy, well-stocked restroom. Beware: If you are counting calories, do not even peek at the pastries or homemade cookies"¦ We always stop when passing through Sandy on our way to ski or to Central Oregon! It's MUCH better than the old, smelly, beat-up, facilities at the official "Rest Area" in Government Camp, where several stall doors are missing or will not close, and where many of the toilets will be plugged or otherwise "out of order." AND, you can avoid that chaotic parking lot where you risk your life the moment you leave the highway!
