My family and I have gone there since 2015 and we love that they have GOOD lighting, GREAT Jazz music, but it is not too loud. If someone is old or needs help, their staff will carry your food to your table. They have free refills on the sodas, tea, and other drinks. If you take too long eating your meal, they have a self-serve microwave oven for anyone to use and reheat your food. Each day, there might be different food on the menu and that means you can have positive surprises too.

Their restrooms are tiny. Anyone that has accessibility issues should use your own restroom before visiting the restaurant. It is an old building and I do wish they would completely replace/update these restrooms, but it would require expanding the building in the process to update to current standards.

Regular fast food restaurants are much more expensive over the last three years. Having a more traditional sit-down meal served on real plates with real silverware has its own value. Franco's is not "fast food," but it is great food served as soon as you get to communicate what you want from the steam table onto your plate.

Outstanding soul southern comfort food!
Fried catfish, smothered pork chops, fried chicken, meatloaf, lots more entree's.
Homemade macaroni and cheese, greens, corn pudding, cooked cabbage, lots more vegetables!
Blackberry cobbler that will make you dance!

This is not the Franco's that I remember in 2018 and 2019. It was good food. I even hired them to caterer an event for me. I could not believe how it had changed. The food was horrible. The rice and gravy was cold. The pork chops was lukewarm. The cabbage was overcooked. The broccoli was cooked in cheese water. NO taste. The baked chicken was dry and the dressing was salted. The only food that was hot and decent was the cornbread. And that was because it came hot out of the oven. They ran out and was cooking more. I don't think that I will be trying them again anytime soon.

My go to place for down home cooking whenever I visit Louisville! Everything here is top notch delicious and I always have to stop myself from ordering the whole menu whenever I’m there.

Warning; make sure you have an empty schedule after you eat there because you WILL take a nap shortly afterwards. You won’t be able to help it, the “iris” is real!

The ladies are Always pleasant, Food kept at a great CD temperature. Dining Area Always Clean!! I would like to suggest, more Desserts!! Pecan Pie, Lemon Cake, German Chocolate Cake.

The food is on point. Love that baked chicken
And dressing. The cherry cobbler is slap yo momma good! We need a Franco's right here in Radcliff! Us veterans, active military and government employees like home cookin too!

This address has long hosted restaurants of many kinds. I like a simple, clean homey atmosphere, a basic selection of great home-cookin. Nice people too. Well staffed says the boss cares about jobs & our community. I always leave feeling good.
