Bee Coffee Roasters surprised me with its charming interior and fantastic coffee selection, including an iced vanilla lavender latte that hit the spot on a warm day. The friendly baristas whipped up my drink with oat milk, and I couldn't resist grabbing a half-pound of their 'Artemis' coffee blend with cocoa, nut, and citrus notes. It's a great spot in Indy with a cozy vibe, offering a range of dry herbs, teas, and of course, whole bean coffee to take home.
