There's a bakery in Elkhart that makes fresh Mexican pastries daily, and they are incredibly affordable and delicious. I ordered a large sheet cake and a variety of pastries for a work event, and the quality blew me away, all while being enveloped by the heavenly aroma that fills the shop.
