The lemongrass pho here blew my mind with its perfectly balanced broth and customizable spice levels-medium was just right, but the full spice had me reaching for a mountain of napkins! Cozy and welcoming with friendly staff, this little neighborhood joint serves up amazing vegetarian options, tasty spring rolls, and a Vietnamese coffee that's absolutely worth the buzz.
