We recently hosted a family event at Arbat Hall and were thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was very pleasant. Additionally, the manager provided valuable advice and the pricing was very reasonable.

Food is as always TERIBLE AND CHEAP. Very bad place to do any kinds of party.
