The Kolache Factory offers a delicious variety of Eastern European pastries with a Texan twist, but watch out for the calories. I'm still amazed at how they manage to pack so many different ingredients into their kolaches - from classic egg and cheese to unique flavors like BBQ brisket and Philly cheesesteak. The coffee selection is simple yet satisfying, with options ranging from a smooth Texas Pecan to bolder blends like Cafe de Olla and Columbia Tolima.
