The plexiglass tables at this Zaxby's location make it a challenge to communicate with the cashier, adding an element of comedic frustration to the ordering process. Despite the noise levels inside, the food was delicious, earning it a solid four-star rating in my book. The standout feature of this Zaxby's, however, is the exceptional customer service provided by Joel, who has consistently impressed me with his enthusiasm and dedication over the past six years. His stellar service ensures that this Zaxby's will always be my top pick, setting it apart from other locations.
