I found a cozy dive bar here in Redmond with friendly staff, hearty portions, and a warm fireplace that made the winter nights feel just right. The ribeye steak was tender and flavorful, and my husband swears the fish and chips are some of the best in Central Oregon, especially paired with their Wild Roots Huckleberry vodka lemonade soda. The $12 half-pound burger and beer special on Wednesdays is a steal, and while the service can vary depending on the shift, the kitchen's clean and organized, making it a solid choice for a casual dinner and a cold beer.
