After reading the reviews, the drive from Ewa Beach to try Romy's Shrimp Truck was definitely worth it, and I'll be returning for their signature butter garlic shrimp and fresh seafood. The outdoor setup with friendly staff, reasonable wait times, and delicious local-style dishes create an authentic Hawaiian experience that keeps me coming back year after year.
