So, my mom swung by this Mexican bakery during her summer visit, and let me tell you, it was like a treasure trove of goodies in there! I was pleasantly surprised by the wide array of treats packed into that tiny shop. But let me tell you, those molasses sugar cookies shaped like little piggies stole the show for me - I've been on the hunt for 'em ever since!
