I visited Protein Bar & Kitchen yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the Carnitas bowl without meat that I ordered - it was delicious and reminiscent of a healthier Chipotle. The refreshing juice options at this central location provided a much-needed boost before exploring Millennium Park's summer offerings. The friendly staff and bright, airy atmosphere made for a welcoming experience, and I'm grateful for the healthy and tasty options available at this underrated spot.
