I had an amazing experience trying a Chicago-style hot dog here for the first time-everything from the snappy sausage to the fresh toppings came together perfectly, even if the saltiness meant I needed plenty of water. The small, cozy setting filled with vintage maps and portraits, including one of Anthony Bourdain, added a charming, local vibe that made the visit feel special. Friendly staff shared stories and recommendations, making the whole meal enjoyable beyond just the delicious food and variety of sausages and fries.
