The food and service at Canyon Grille always hit the mark, and the views of the lake from the outdoor patio make for a relaxing dining experience. I've tried a bunch of dishes like the Thai salad, burgers, and shrimp enchiladas, and everything has been flavorful and satisfying, plus the drinks are solid, especially the Bloody Marys. The staff is friendly and attentive, though the hostess station can be a bit slow, but overall it's a great spot to enjoy good food and a laid-back atmosphere.
