I had an unforgettable dining experience at Blue Canyon, just a short distance from the Hilton Garden Inn in Missoula. The staff, including the attentive Ralph and friendly server Rose, made us feel right at home, while the food was simply outstanding, especially the elk meatballs and bacon-wrapped steak. After such a long drive, I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the quality of the service, which encouraged us to stay longer than planned.
