I emailed this to the manager with no response. LaPellah's managment does not find it important to respond to customer email.




Hello, I would like to share with you the experience of my first visit to your restaurant:


1. After being seated, my guest and I waited for 15-20 min. for a server. I finally had to flag down another employee to ask that someone be sent over.

2. Only one menu was given to us.

3. Water served at room temperature with no ice.

4. Placed our order for an appetizer and two dinners. Specifically asked that the appetizer be brought before the main meals. Received the appetizer and main meals together anyway. After finishing our appetizer, the dinners were cold.

5. The ground beef in both burgers contained numerous areas of sinew / gristle. The French fries were soggy and limp.

6. No condiments were brought to the table for our burgers.
