The mini bar at Parker hotel is a hidden oasis with just a few seats, but we preferred sipping our drinks on the outdoor patio. Even if you're not a hotel guest, swing by for a drink and enjoy the beautiful gardens. Don't forget to show some love to the friendly staff - they deserve a good tip!
