Arrived at the lobby lounge on a Saturday afternoon and was promptly seated for tea time without a reservation. The variety of menu options, including coffee, tea, desserts, and lunch items, made for a pleasant experience with a nice view of Central Park. The afternoon tea service, which required reservations, featured a selection of teas and delicious pastries in a beautiful setting overlooking Columbus Circle and Central Park.
