During a visit on a quiet Tuesday night during Holiday Matsuri at the Japanese steakhouse connected to the World Center Marriott, I enjoyed perfectly cooked filet mignon, shrimp, lobster, and salmon prepared by a friendly and entertaining chef, appreciated the accommodating staff who handled my gluten and dairy restrictions well, found the pricing reasonable for the quality and convenience especially when traveling alone, and despite a few minor downsides like the salad dressing and limited hibachi show, the overall experience was delicious, clean, and enjoyable enough that I look forward to returning.

I visited during a convention and it wasn't too crowded. Making a reservation was a smart move, and finding the entrance outside the hotel was easy with a big sign above the door. The hibachi experience was enjoyable, and the staff was accommodating to my dietary restrictions.
