The food and drinks were delicious, with standout dishes like the 16-hour braised short ribs and perfectly cooked seabass, complemented by fresh lemonades and a varied menu of tapas and paellas. The live entertainment added great energy to the evening, though the volume of the music became quite loud later in the night, making conversation a bit challenging.
