Working in the AON building means frequent client dinners, and Stetsons has quickly become my favorite destination for these occasions. The perfect filet, attentive service from Deborah and Juan, and the warm, inviting atmosphere make every visit memorable-whether enjoying the incredible kale salad or savoring the sushi during happy hour. One evening, on my birthday, they even surprised me with fireworks and a chocolate cake, turning a simple meal into an extraordinary experience that I'll cherish.

I frequent the AON building in Chicago for our quarterly client meetings, and during a recent visit to Stetsons in February 2023, I was impressed by the perfectly cooked filet I ordered. The ambiance was great, and on my return in May, I had the same exceptional experience with a perfect filet and excellent service, making it one of my favorite dining spots in the city.
