Called in for order was placed on hold extensive amoun of time. Drove to location, no one at counter, customers formed line, had to called for assistance was told the person was in back making dough while all along someone was constantly coughing in the kitchen during Corona virus. No thanks.

I ordered 2 subs that was good, but when I received my fries, they were hard and burnt. I put pics down at bottom for the customers to review. I should have checked my bag before leaving the store. They should not give customers that spends there money fries that hard and over cooked. Will not order fries from there again.

Rich who claims to own this establishment is very rude and condescending! He accepted my family's delivery order then decided to call us back to say we did not fall into his delivery zone. We are 6 miles from the establishment which is 13 minutes! This establishment couldn't make a delivery 6 miles away!! I would highly recommend that between the horrible customer service and the made up on the fly rules makes this establishment a no go!
