The inviting warmth of the eatery in Old City beckoned me in, where I discovered a charming Belgian spot that exceeded all my culinary hopes. The friendly cooks behind the counter expertly crafted Belgian-style frites with an array of unique sauces, alongside delectable wraps and comforting soups, all at prices that pleasantly surprised me.
