After a long day, I often enjoy dinner and drinks at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, where the attentive bartender Anthony consistently provides exceptional service. The menu offers delicious options like honey glazed salmon with ancient grains pilaf, and although the food can take a bit to arrive during busy times, the quality and portion sizes make it well worth the wait.
