Absolute worst experience I've ever had. We placed an order through grub hub with them at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. At 7:15, they decided to close early and canceled our order which we had been waiting for for over an hour. They had our money and basically said f-ck you, we're not taking care of you. My husband and I drove down there and talked to the owner about it, who was incredibly nasty and rude with us. Then his wife showed up on the scene and was nasty immediately without even knowing the situation. Not only that, but both the owner and his wife were physically threatening us and using profanity. Without provacation. They even denied being on grub hub and said that we were being absurd. His wife told me to pull up the receipt on grub hub which I did to show her, and not only would she not even acknowlege it but she called it ridiculous. To say it was the worst experience ever at a food establishment is putting it lightly. These people should not be in business. Unbelievable.

Always had a great meal. Mom and Dad brought us there as kids. Mom’s favorite was clam cakes. I have kept up going every year since my parents have passed away.

I ate a lobster roll tonight sitting on their terrace behind, when suddenly a seagull grabbed my sandwich. I barely ate a mouthful. I asked gaily and explained the situation to the owner asking him to offer me a new sandwich. He never wanted to pretend that it was not his fault. I think he would have tried to overcome my dissatisfaction because this is the kind of situation that happens very rarely. It gives me the impression that he does not care about his customers and that what interests him is only money. All the customers around me had empathy and my suggestion to go ask for another one. Unfortunately the owner missed the chance to satisfy a client and to have some empathy.
