This deli is in my workplace building, so it's an easy option for me, especially when I don't feel like going outside. Unfortunately, the food here is awful and the drinks/yogurt are over priced. That being said, I would still go and grab a snack or something, if it weren't for the horrendous customer service. Everytime I go in there, I feel like the two ladies at the counter (who are there everyday) are laughing at me. Now I'm not sure if they do this to everybody, or certain people, but I'm definitely within their 'target' group. Today, I finally caught them in the act. The one who is the actual culprit (Filipino lady) said something and the other woman at the counter said "stop she'll hear you". As soon as I turned around, sure enough, they seemed a bit mortified that I heard. We're adults, this type of rude and childish behavior, is something I left behind in High school. If this is how they treat their customers and expect to keep them, then they're not going to be in business for too long. I am definitely done. I will never go in there again. I will go outside and find a different deli regardless of the weather or my lack of motivation. I'm so angry right now!
