The staff, like Elon Monique and her mom, always greet me warmly and remember my name, creating a welcoming shopping experience. I appreciate the store's commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrated when a refund was promptly given for unsatisfactory items, leaving me with a very positive impression despite a previous issue.
