I discovered a wonderful community event at Memorial Park that starts with a farmers market at 4pm offering a variety of fresh produce and then transitions into a summer music series at 6pm with shade and food vendors available. My family and I had the opportunity to experience this vibrant market for the first time, and we were impressed by the diverse offerings, including delicious preserves made by a friendly vendor we fondly named the Preserve Lady. Her assortment of cinnamon pear, carrot cake, sweet jalapeño jelly, peach honey butter, and strawberry jam was truly exceptional, along with her recommendation of corn relish for chicken tacos and rocky road for dessert.
