On a cold Saturday in February, I explored the St. Paul Farmers' Market for the first time and was impressed by the variety of vendors and the reasonable prices of their offerings. The selection included numerous meat sellers, cheesemongers, bakers, and fresh produce, likely influenced by the upcoming Super Bowl and Valentine's Day. I left with a bounty of cheese, bacon, and pastries, and I look forward to returning in the summer for an even wider array of items.
