Cruising through Abilene, I swung by Lucy's Big Burger and was instantly wowed by the friendly crew and a double Patti melt that packed a flavorful punch-seriously, their rye bread deserves a standing ovation. Just when I thought I'd reached peak deliciousness, a perfectly timed chocolate ice cream cone made by the house sealed the deal with creamy perfection. The vibe felt like a cozy Cheers bar with pistol-packing waitresses and hearty portions that could feed an army; I'm already plotting my next visit!

The burgers are very large and best I've ever eat, well worth the wait. Great Atmospher Everything made to order so it took a while but enjoyed it.
