Whenever I'm in Albuquerque, I always get delicious Vietnamese food like their crispy-on-the-outside, creamy-on-the-inside homemade tofu (usually three plain and three onion), flavorful Bahn Mi sandwiches-especially the Heo Nuong grilled pork and the #6 grilled pork Bahn Mi with perfectly pickled veggies on fresh, house-baked bread-spring rolls like the Goi Cuon Chao Tom with pork and shrimp sausage, and never miss out on the amazing sesame balls with crunchy shells and sweet mung bean paste, all served quickly by friendly, knowledgeable staff who help with menu suggestions and ensure a great experience despite limited seating and occasional crowds.
