Carlos & Carlos offers a wonderful blend of traditional and Italian-inspired dishes served in a classy yet comfortable ambiance with attentive service, delicious food like the beef carpaccio, fettuccine, and black pasta, generous portions, and a vibrant downtown Arlington Heights atmosphere that makes dining there a consistently exceptional experience whether at the bar or outside during warmer months.
