The food at Ambo Ethiopian Cuisine is consistently delicious, and as a vegetarian, I appreciate the variety of options available. Even after moving away from Bellingham, I make it a point to stop for take-out whenever I'm downtown. The friendly service, generous portions, and vibrant atmosphere make every visit a joy, and I truly hope this restaurant continues to thrive.

The food at Ambo Ethiopian Cuisine has consistently impressed me since they opened in the public market. As a vegetarian, I appreciate having a choice between 2 main dishes and several sides. Despite moving away from Bellingham, I always make sure to stop by for take-out whenever I am downtown and they are open. I truly hope this restaurant remains a staple in the community for a long time.
