I'm unsure what to make of this establishment, which appears to be a mix of a pool hall and a restaurant, but the food, particularly the jerk chicken and curry, was enjoyable despite some inconsistencies in portion sizes and service, with a vibrant atmosphere that evokes the Caribbean.
