The homemade corn tortillas here are absolutely incredible, and the authentic Mexican flavors bring back memories of traditional home-cooked meals. The staff is welcoming and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable, while the menu offers a variety of fresh, from-scratch dishes that keep me coming back for more. Whether stopping by for breakfast or lunch, the quality and taste consistently impress, making it a wonderful find in Caldwell.

The Mexican dishes at Imelda's are truly delicious, especially the huevos rancheros with homemade salsa on top. The service was quick and the atmosphere cozy and clean, making it the perfect stop on our way out of town. The authenticity of the food and the welcoming staff exceeded my expectations, making Imelda's a new favorite spot for me.
