After exploring the Charleston food truck scene online, I came across Strada Cucina located at the YWCA on Coming Street, conveniently close to my workplace. Their focus on crafting Italian-inspired sandwiches with locally sourced ingredients intrigued me, so I decided to try them out last week. From their succulent Italian Beef Sandwich to the flavorful Rosemary Ham and Soppressata Piadina, and the mouthwatering Pork Loin and Rapini Ciabatta, Strada Cucina's sandwiches are not only satisfyingly filling but also bursting with vibrant flavors that left me wanting more.
